The HDA 150 is an automated hardness and density tester. This automated system performs hardness tests on multiple numbers of samples with a digital Shore A durometer. Followed by the hardness tests, the system continues with the density test and samples are disposed of automatically.

Model No:
FZT-BR/HDA150-1016
Brand
Bareiss
Applications: Hardness Measuring
Industries:
Rubber
Materials: soft rubber, natural rubber products
Standards: DINISO 7419. ASTMD 2240 DIN EN ISO 848/DINISO 48. ASTM D 1415. NET 46- 003, BS903 Part A 26

The density test conforms to ISO 2758 (Hydrostatic Method)

• Using KERN/Sartorius precision balance (upgradable to Mettler Toledo) Reading accuracy from 1.0 to 0.1 mg. The balance can be calibrated by dead weights

• Incorporating a damper system to counteract vibration

Automatic water refill when empty

Separate grippers to handle wet and dry operations to avoid water contamination

• Dry and wet tests in the ratio of 1:2 to remove excessive bubbles attaching to the sample

Discharging the samples according to the test results

The hardness test conforms to ISO 7619 and ASTM D 2240

Each sample is carried out for 3. The default measuring time for each test is 3 sec and the time is adjustable from 0 to 99 sec

Using the Bareiss "digitest II" as the hardness testing system. The hardness accuracy is 105 Shore A

As the sample is dropped onto the testing table, it will get transported to the first testing position and the rest of the subsequent testing positions automatically. Each testing position is programmed to ensure the tests are done in the right locations of the sample

• A hardness test will not be performed on a vacant slot of the testing table

An individual test model is available.

• Load sustainable testing table and all other mechanical components

Specification
Application

The standard feeding method is by dropping samples into a vertical channel which has an opening to release each sample onto the testing table. The required sample size should be 36-42 mm in diameter and 6 mm in thickness. The hardness tests are carried out according to the standards that a distance of 12 mm is kept from any measuring point to the sample edges and a distance of 6 mm is kept from any measuring point to the next point. Each sample will be carried out with 3 hardness tests.

The feeding channel can accommodate a maximum of 50 pcs of samples per cycle and during the testing process, more samples can be fed into the column.

The optional table-feeding system is available (HDA120).

The testing environment should have a temperature at around 20-25C

Use of high-performance components like FESTO pneumatic components. Schunk grippers and Balluffsensors.

. Optional sorting system (good bad classification) at exit
